PREMIUMS FREE FOR 3 MONTHS You will receive a credit equal to the monthly cost of HBO, Cinemax, Showtime and Starz for each of the first 3 months unless you elect to downgrade one or more movie packages prior to the end of your promotional period. Offer value is up to $132. After 3 months, you will be billed at then-current monthly price unless you elect to downgrade. If you downgrade within 30 days following end of 3-month period there will not be a Change of Service Fee.
BLOCKBUSTER @HOME OFFER Offer requires activation of new qualifying DISH service. For the first 3 months of your subscription, you receive a bundle of Blockbuster @Home for $5/mo (regularly $10/mo) and your programming package at a promotional bundle price. Promotional prices continue for 3 months provided you subscribe to both components of the bundle and do not downgrade. After 3 months, then-current prices apply to each component (unless a separate promotional price still applies to your programming package). If you downgrade within 30 days following the end of your promotional period there will not be a Change of Service Fee. Includes 1 disc at a time. DIGITAL HOME ADVANTAGE
EQUIPMENT: All equipment remains the property of DISH at all times and must be returned to DISH within thirty days of account deactivation or you will be charged an unreturned equipment fee ranging from $100 to $400 per receiver. Lease upgrade fees are not deposits and are non-refundable. You will be charged a monthly equipment rental fee for each receiver beyond the first, based on model of receiver. WHOLE-HOME HD DVR: First Hopper HD DVR and up to 3 Joey receivers available for one-time $99 Upgrade fee. $99 Upgrade fee waived with subscription to America’s Top 200, America’s Top 250, America’s “Everything” Pak, DishLATINO Dos, or DishLATINO Max at time of service activation. A second Hopper HD DVR is available for a one-time $199 Upgrade fee. With a second Hopper HD DVR, one additional Joey receiver is available for $99 Upgrade fee. Hopper and Joey receivers require an eligible HD package and cannot be combined with any other receiver models or types. PrimeTime Anytime feature must be initially enabled. PrimeTime Anytime is only available with local channels broadcast in HD, which are not available in all markets. Actual recording capacity varies based on type of programming; 2000 shows is based on SD programming. HD hard drive space comparison based on equipment currently available. ALL OTHER RECEIVER MODELS: No more than 6 leased tuners/3 leased receivers per account are permitted, and a lease upgrade fee will apply for select receivers, based on model and number of receivers.
Digital Home Advantage offer is available from DISH and participating retailers for new and qualified former DISH residential customers (only 1 per household) in the continental United States from 2/01/12 through 5/20/12. Offer requires a $99 Activation Fee. The $99 Activation Fee will be waived if you choose a 24-month agreement. If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 24 months, a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $420 or $17.50 per month for each cancelled month of service will apply.
