Return Process
To RETURN your purchased product, please complete the following steps:
1. Call the Customer Service Center at 866-557-1865 to initiate the Returns Process and obtain a
Returns Authorization number or RA # ________________________________
(Note space for your RA number)
2. Upon the assignment of an RA # -PLEASE PLACE THE NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
BOX in plain sight*
*This will ensure the return of the equipment and deter any penalties or fees.
3. Ensure the equipment is properly secured and the box tightly sealed. Also, please ensure all
miscellaneous equipment (i.e. wires, remotes, user manuals, etc.) are in the box with the receiver.
4. Take the box to your local Fed Ex drop off site, for return to warehouse.
5. Be sure to note the tracking number given to you by Fed Ex to be used if necessary to track your
return.
IMPORTANT: If you or your Installation Technician discover the equipment is damaged (i.e. ripped or torn
box, dented/caved box, equipment in pieces, etc), please contact us at 818-998-3996 to speak with an
Installation Specialist. You will need to provide them with the tracking number for your shipment.
Note: Fed Ex requires all equipment and packaging to remain AS IS in lieu of inspection.
