Dish Network Digital Audio Broadcasting |

In the past, sound
was transmitted via the analog formats of AM (amplitude modulation) and FM
(frequency modulation). Today pure, crisp uninterrupted sound is delivered to
satellite systems using DAB. The sound is transformed into binary code, which is
then sent to a receiver, which translates it back to its perfect original form. |
