  DISH Network Noise Figure
The noise figure is the standard measurement for the performance of LNB's. As the LNB 'tunes' you satellite TV signal it strives to lower the noise figure. Noise figure is usually measured in dB. You should look for a noise figure anywhere between dB 0.7 and dB 0.4. Anything higher will not give you the quality that you would expect from a satellite system.
